We did a 30 kW system with Sollega racking and Sollega wants us to try their racking out for residential systems. However, engineering and material costs never seem to pencil out for small ballast systems. We always need seismic anchors points in the SF Bay Area so there isn’t typically a whole lot of benefit to ballast that I can think of. Is anyone on this list successfully installing small ballast systems?
