We have been experiencing quite a few new SMA TL inverters where the display has not gone on when tapped. SunPower was quick to send us replacement displays and reimbursed us for our for the two we had to deal with. SMA has also responded pretty quickly though we have not been assured that our extra trip will be covered by their warranty as of yet. The replacement displays were easy to install and have worked as they should.
