Fellow Wrenches , has anyone put in an OutBack Power Grid Zero GS4048A or
GS8048A in the Grid Zero mode . I am interested which appliances or loads that
you choose for the sub panel . I understand that you DO NOT have to get an
interconnection agreement SINCE you are sending ZERO back to the utility . My
estimate that a complete system cost about $1.33 to $1.55 dollars more per watt
. Does anyone know of a complete story INCLUDING loads chosen and batteries
used in an installed system . We need to get ready to use this system in
Florida as the utilities are paying off all the legislators to stop net
metering or only give you about a pittance for what you sell back . Any real
life installations on the OutBack Power Grid Zero I really want to know the
details . Thanks and Happy Trails . Gator Tom PS : I understand you can use
the MidNite Classic Charge Controllers with this system and any battery bank
from 44 to 64 volts of any type of battery . I am using Full River in my des
igns . Be happy to send a components list for both systems to anyone who wants
the components , got two homes in Florida we are planning to use the GS4048A
just a little anxious about choosing the loads for the subpanel .
