If you can get the serial number off the generator for me I can access kohler and get some info as a kohler dealer. The new ones are having controller issues and there is an updated controller. When meeting with the generator tech ask them if they transferred the setting from the previous controller with site tech. One last silly question, your not feeding 12vdc to wires 3&4 for the start signal,
