Don, Thanks for the pointer to SNapNRack. We like their racking for residential systems, but have not used the 4 hole standoff kit. So on a white membrane roof what is used to seal the roof cone flashing to the membrane, and what is the height of the roof cone flashing. It seems the cone height will determine the minimum standoff shaft height.
