Very helpful, Carl. Thanks.
Might I ask what kind of compensation you're getting from Enphase for your time and repeated trips to the site? marco From: re-wrenches-boun...@lists.re-wrenches.org [mailto:re-wrenches-boun...@lists.re-wrenches.org] On Behalf Of Carl Adams Sent: Sunday, August 04, 2013 4:26 PM To: RE-wrenches Subject: Re: [RE-wrenches] Enphase failures Marco, Here is a summary of our experience with Enphase to date 13.1% overall failure rate 25.6% M190 failure rate 25.0% D380 failure rate 2.1% M210 failure rate 5.6% M215 failure rate We have had two full site upgrades last year. One from M190s - 215s, the other from D380s to M215s. No problems at those sites since the swap out. We have two other M190 sites in line to be swapped for 215s once the 90 day monitoring period is up. Just swapped 3 of 15 inverters on a site last week. When I showed up with the 3 new inverters two more had died, they are now enroute from Enphase. Those failures are reflected in the above statistics. With Regards Carl Adams SunRock Solar
