Easy peasy.
The Outback provides 12V to power a relay for the AGS. Change the relay to
DPST so you have additional contacts to switch a siren

or,
Run a small 12V siren from the AUX out of the Outback -

or,
Run an AC power siren off the generator output.

or,
If the generator has a load management module, use that to provide
switching.
