Darryl has a good point. I've intentionally shaded my array (9 modules in 
series) and have seen the VDC drop from 225vdc or so to around 170ish. Basic 
string sizing with these modules and this inverter say 8 is the minimum number 
of modules, but 8 would drop me out of MPPT during shade issues, which I have.
