I've seen a couple of those sharps up here. The guy bought em on-line with 
Enphase in a package deal. They had been up for 3 years and two of the modules 
had the lower portion of the frame come off in heavy snow.  Seemed unlike a 
sharp module to me. He had bought more and wanted us to do the electrical hook 
up do he could get a larger rebate.
