Last week we completed replacement of the the six modules referenced by this Case Number.

Do you want the old panels returned to you? We have saved the pallet and all packaging, so we are prepared to send back the old ones as per previous warranty claims. If so, please issue a call tag as per your normal procedures.

I am asking because you have closed all solar operations in the last few weeks, so I thought best to inquire about this first.

Also, will you remain the warranty coordinator? And do we send the invoice for the replacement labor to you as well?
