That one almost looks like a hot spot. If magnification could turn
encapsulant brown, I would wonder if you shot the temperature on it, if it
might not be quite a bit hotter than the rest of the cell.

That looks like the Canadian Solar blemished modules sold by Sun
Electronics. I have seen MANY of those marks. I believe glue or some similar
material is changing color in the sun. Here's my picture of one.
