William, Well, I learned a few weeks ago that you can't. We had a worn out PS600 for which I was seeking a replacement helical rotor pump end. Lorentz now has two master distributors; GenPro (866 593-0777; genproenergy.com) for the northern half of the US, and I believe American West Windmill (888.535.4788, www.awwasc.com) for the southern half. Like you, we're in the southern half of the US, so I contacted American West. But they won't sell to you; they will refer you to a distributor for your area. In my state, the distributor wouldn't sell to us, as they have established a new policy that they will only sell to licensed water well dealers. We ended up with an SQ Flex model, as there was no way to service our pump. Unless another Wrench has discovered a solution, that's the last we'll have anything to do with Lorentz Pumps. Allan
