It is common practice to run bare copper ground wire over rails and
under modules, which will touch the aluminum at various points. How
much of a problem is this going to create in the long run?

Gary,
UL uses a more comprehensive chart for evaluation during the
listing process. But this simplified chart boils it
down. Stainless Steel (there are many grades) is generally very
compatible with aluminum.
Copper and Aluminum. . . look out.
