I have a client who fully discharged a pair of SunXtender PVX3050T 6V batteries. They were about one year old. They had no load voltages of 1.77 and 0.87 V respectively. I have ordered him a new pair but I wondered if they could be resuscitated to some degree and be used for some odd purpose around the shop. I tried to charge them using a Vector VEC1095A charger on the AGM setting: they took about 7.5 A at 14.4 V for about 5 minutes and then shut down. I am now desulphating them, which I think takes the better part of a day. And I then plan to run them through another charge cycle Is there any thing else that I can do to get them in some sort of serviceable shape? - Peter Peter T.
