Have you tried Solarcraft in Houston yet? Kevin Conlin would be the one to ask about their battery boxes. He used some of his own battery boxes for his own house I know. But Solarcraft is also high end commercial/industrial stuff. If the demand for such equipment is there, perhaps they'll make it for a better price given such improving circumstances.
