I am not sure that anyone ever answered Marco's question, but the guy who fell
off the roof and died worked for Solar City. I heard that he was shocked, and
lost his balance, then fell. He had only been working in solar for a couple of
months, as an entry level technician. I was unable to find any press about
this accident.
