Hello I have used the T80HV and no problems. HOwever I am not as close to the limit as you are. My app exceeded the T80 and Flexmax 80 voltage limits, it has been awhile and I do not remember the exact specs. I also just accept the data it presents, I have no indication that it is inaccurate. We require a MPPT controller that will accept up to 3 Sanyo 215N’s in series (194Voc / 157Vmp with 1.25 factor). To my knowledge this is the only controller that will do the job. This HV Apollo is publishing it’s Max Voc at 200 and Max operating voltage at 160 volts. Also if you have comments on the built in energy monitoring function in the Apollo T80HV. Uses Bogart Engineering technology for amp hour, or watt hour, battery state of charge. I have been waiting on MidNite’ Classic beta units for quite a while and have no idea when their final product will be available.
