Marco; Check out Citel, they make a line of DIN rail mountable units for DC voltages up to 1000v. Prices are in the $100 to $200 range. One at the combiner box, and one at the inverter, with ground rods at each location should give reasonable coverage. I like Polyphasor's stuff too, but it is pricey (and weird to wire) Also, some inspectors don't like the Deltas listing, and some require it to be wired into the system under it's own 2 pole breaker in the load center.
