But I have tried a few times and I can not ever get a grid tied inverter to sync with a generator. It depends on the generator. Yesterday I ran a kohler 12 res with a parallel connected sb7000. I monitored the freq during the connect time and it stayed on the money. The blinking green lite on the sb told me it was going to connect. At this time I stopped since I was not ready to experiment on my customers system. I do believe , in principal, it should work as just outlined in the previous post. Don Offline Solar
