Ungrounded (transformerless) systems require PV wire, not USE2.  PV wire is listed under the ZKLA category at UL.  Go to the UL certifications page ( http://database.ul.com/cgi-bin/XYV/template/LISEXT/1FRAME/index.html ) and enter ZKLA in the "UL Category Code" box for a list of approved manufacturers.
