Joel:
I have looked on the Carlon web site and the only temperature rating listed
is for minimum temperatures.
Others had expressed this concern in that past. The question arises as to
how hot is it under a PV array and at what rate does the temperature reduce
as one moves away from the back of the modules? Our installations run NMLT
along rack members but not against the backs of the modules.
If NMLT is not suitable as protection under a PV array, what do you suggest
we use?

Hello William,
Nice under-array wiring. Are you using 90 degrees C. flex?
Best regards,
