SolarWorld is made in the US from US silicon. They start with refined silicon and make the cells in Oregon, then make the modules in CA. They have been doing a great job since 1980 when they were ARCO > Siemens > Shell ...
They may be the only real US module manufacturer - German owned though.

Evergreen just expanded its facility in Mass to make the ESA and I assume they would still be manufacturing there. Sharp is in Memphis, but they produce abroad as well. First Solar is a good example. They started in little Perrysburg Ohio, and still produce there. However they now have plants and offices all over the world. I also like to support American Made but it is a line that is continually blurred. I am 2.5 hours from Evergreen in Mass. but the last Evergreen modules I bought were on sale from Germany. Cheaper too. You will have to stay on top of not just brand, but specifically where they were produced.
