SolarWorld is made in the US from US silicon. They start with refined
silicon and make the cells in Oregon, then make the modules in CA.
They have been doing a great job since 1980 when they were ARCO >
Siemens > Shell ...
They may be the only real US module manufacturer - German owned though.

Moving forward I am sure that module manufacturers will have plants in
a variety of locations.
Evergreen just expanded its facility in Mass to make the ESA and I
assume they would still be manufacturing there.
Sharp is in Memphis, but they produce abroad as well. First Solar is a
good example. They started in little Perrysburg Ohio, and still
produce there. However they now have plants and offices all over the
world.
I also like to support American Made but it is a line that is
continually blurred.
I am 2.5 hours from Evergreen in Mass. but the last Evergreen modules
I bought were on sale from Germany. Cheaper too.
You will have to stay on top of not just brand, but specifically where
they were produced.
