Joel, Any idea who is developing this? It sounds like whoever is doing this is not necessarily in the loop with many other standards activities that are going on. We should encourage anyone doing work in solar codes and standards to be involved with the U.S. Department of Energy's Solar America Board for Codes and Standards (www.solarabcs.org). The purpose of this group is to help organize these efforts.
