Seems that if it is only frequency you are looking for, a simple Fluke with min/max capture is all you really need (of course it must measure frequency).

We have a Nantucket Fronius inverter that is telling us there is an AC frequency problem. It seems feasible that there is a frequency issue way out there and that we better check that. Any reviews on the Velleman handheld (or any other)oscilloscope? http://www.kitsusa.net/phpstore/html/VELLEMAN-HPS10SE---PERSONAL-SCOPE-10MSs ---SPECIAL-EDITION-1485.html thanks, Conrad Cotuit Solar _______________________________________________ List sponsored by Home Power magazine List Address: RE-wrenches@lists.re-wrenches.org Options & settings: http://lists.re-wrenches.org/options.cgi/re-wrenches-re-wrenches.org List-Archive: http://lists.re-wrenches.org/pipermail/re-wrenches-re-wrenches.org List rules & etiquette: www.re-wrenches.org/etiquette.htm Check out participant bios: www.members.re-wrenches.org _______________________________________________ List sponsored by Home Power magazine List Address: RE-wrenches@lists.re-wrenches.org Options & settings: http://lists.re-wrenches.org/options.cgi/re-wrenches-re-wrenches.org List-Archive: http://lists.re-wrenches.org/pipermail/re-wrenches-re-wrenches.org List rules & etiquette: www.re-wrenches.org/etiquette.htm Check out participant bios: www.members.re-wrenches.org
