AWEA's FAQ sheet addressing the Economic Stimulus Package states that for equipment to qualify for the 30% tax credit it must "generally" be new. Can anyone define this a bit better? Would anyone know if fully reconditioned and/or rebuilt units with full warranties qualify? Who makes the determination as to what equipment qualifies and what equipment does not?
