I wouldn't put an array this size on that pipe, even if he signs a waiver.
You'll be cleaning up the mess. Other folks will see the install and think
that's the way its done.
If you have to do it for some reason, put a few long lengths of rebar in it
and fill it with concrete. And get a signed waiver.
