I have been compiling sales contract's terms and sent to me from many of you
off list to see if I could come up with a standard form of contract terms
that I will distribute to anyone why has contacted me off list for a copy.
The idea is to give newer installers some "clauses" they might not think to
add until they get bit. Bob O has volunteered to pass this along to the
NABCEP attorney for a look-see when completed, and I hope this will be
helpful to all.
