Hi All - yes the XW Gateway unit is shipping, and gives you either a wired or wireless connection to a local Ethernet network. The XW-Config tool is also available and provides a USB connection and software for set up and monitoring via a PC. (I don't think the Config tool is on the web site yet, but can be ordered through the tech support group)
The built in com ports on the XW system devices use CAN bus hardware, with a proprietary communication protocol, so either one of the above devices is the best way to make your connection from this to a computer.
