Hi All,
If you want more durability in todays CFLs you need to look for the Energy Star
label. I've had many CFL types over the years and I agree it was commonplace to
get 15 years+ out of the good old Osrams. I currently use a mix of many sorts
in all our sockets including some nifty 4 watt cold cathode units and I'm quite
satisfied with the brightness and color.
