We have been getting a lot of these suspicious inquiries from Seattle, WA. The same or nearly the same address; asking for 130W modules, payment terms, awkward syntax, etc. We did a bit of aerial/sat imaging and together with some other info, we have determined that this outfit and several others in Seattle are a scams.
