Is the regular license in AZ an electrical license? For licensed electricians in the TX, no addition certification is required to install solar.
The challenge we face is that most solar electric installers in the state do not have an electrical license. In fact, it¹s not so long ago that there was no state licensing period. Licensing was all done at the local level, at the city level.
