Hi Michal, I got through building a Windows version of the RDKit cartridge a while back, but I didn't end up using it for real. I would think that the instructions still mostly apply: http://sourceforge.net/p/rdkit/mailman/message/30127487/ If the resulting DLL and the extension control files are put in the right place in the portable image, I guess you should be able to get it working.
