Hi Eddie,

Thanks for the instructions. I've attached the log files to this email.

Hope you can help! I'm starting to get some stick in the office...

Cheers, Nath

Problems homebrewing RDKit

Hi Nathan,

The temporary folder got deleted
when the brew command exited. You can brew in the debug mode instead:

brew
install -v --debug --HEAD rdkit

When the error occurs, you will be left in
a temporary shell. You can then harvest the log file. Once you exit the
temporary shell, the folder will get deleted as usual.

Regards,
Eddie

Hi All,

I'm
having some trouble installing RDKit using Eddie's brew on my new MacBook
Pro. I've attached the reported errors below.

Has anyone seen these before
or have any idea how complete the installation?

Cheers,
Nath
