I finally managed to get readthedocs to build the RDKit docs (secretly, I think pointing it at github instead of sourceforge is what did the trick).
Here's the link: http://rdkit.readthedocs.org/en/latest/index.html Note that these are pulled straight from git, so they don't include the API documentation and may include features not in the released code. The docs at rdkit.org (http://www.rdkit.org/docs/index.html) correspond to the most recent release. I'd like to start moving at least some documentation from the wiki to the documentation. To this end, I've added two new sections: An overview of the RDKit: http://rdkit.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Overview.html and a brief intro to using the Cartridge: http://rdkit.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Cartridge.html -greg ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Go Parallel Website, sponsored by Intel - in partnership with Geeknet, is your hub for all things parallel software development, from weekly thought leadership blogs to news, videos, case studies, tutorials, tech docs, whitepapers, evaluation guides, and opinion stories.
