But you only get the full capacity out of the RDKit by using C++ (as in this 
example). I'm convinced that a "Getting started with the RDKit in C++" chapter 
would increase significantly the number of C++ users.

The thought has definitely crossed my mind, but since it's a good-sized chunk 
of work and I don't thing there are that many C++ users (yes, there may well be 
a chicken-and-egg problem here) I've never done more than the demo cpp file.
