Just earlier on today someone was telling me what "an impressive feat" RDKit is - and this is someone who has written a ton of code so he knows what he is saying. I think "slip-ups" are inevitable, and therefore to be expected. If any of us need this functionality urgently, then this is an open source software and we can roll our sleeves and do it ourselves.
