Hi,

I am not aware of any higher-level tutorial-like documentation for C++, but the 
link you mentioned has quite a bit of documentation on all the classes and 
functions in RDKit. Make sure you check out 
http://www.rdkit.org/C++_Docs/hierarchy.html to see all the classes. There is 
also an example C++ application on the wiki to help you get started:
