When talking about entrerprise class distributions like RHEL (hence also CentOS) you should take into account the package release number. This is becasue they usually pick a base version and stick with it for the whole supported lifetime, piling up patches to fix issues and add features. Currently, the gcc package in CentOS/RHEL has 100+ patches. > It does not seem to be a problem > with GCC 4.5.5. I see. For those not willing to rebuild gcc the news is that the issue was in gcc-4.1.2-48 and it will be fixed in gcc-4.1.2-49 -- Gianluca Sforna http://morefedora.blogspot.com http://identi.ca/giallu - http://twitter.com/giallu ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Beautiful is writing same markup.
