Minutes from the 6.0.0 planning meeting that was just held are recorded in the

Main outcomes:
- expected release date of late July for 6.0.0 (not late June)
- Python 2 & 3.4 removals first order of business.
- No/few PRs to be merged until then
- no new major issues were raised
- expected work is as per the Agenda was
- largest work item: RDF*/SPARQL*. This may or may not make a late July release
- spinning out stores and parsers/serialisers into satellite repos around a
core not decided no
- more maintainers meetings to determine this
