I don't know.  Is my 650b Ram a Ram? The additional tire width is
possible because the wheel is smaller and widest part of the tire is
where the frame is wider. However, even I don't think the Roadeo is a
good conversion candidate because the BB height is even lower than the
Ram.  However, I could really see the benefits of a lighter tubing
650b brevet bike.  The Ram with Hetres is a remarkably comfortable
ride, and a Roadeo-like 650b bike would be similar. My AHH with
Pari-Moto tires is very close to the 650b Ram, but the Ram with Hetres
feels even more stable and smooth...
