Chris and Don,

I live in Sonoma County, was visiting Phoenix for some Cactus League R & R,
so a few of us headed over to Tucson to enjoy Mt. Lemmon. "Amazing" is the
right word, all right - - the climate, the geology, the climb were all
spectacular. Since I'm out of shape, I started at Molino at limited the
climb to 6000' total, including that snow-covered push up Ski Run road to
the very top. We did the same ride on Monday and Thursday.

Not sure why I chose the Roadeo for this trip - - it's a great bike for
hill climbs - light and fun to ride. This particular bike has a pretty
light build - - a relatively "new" Campagnolo Record set-up (maybe 12 years
old), with Aksium wheels (with my preferred tires, Schwalbe Kojaks). This
wasn't really a ride that was demanding on the bike, just a basic road
right (albeit with 6k' in climbing), so the Roadeo was a nice, easy bike to
ride.

best,

Max
