Were the 42 mm IRC's a true 42mm? My Rock n' roads measure 44mm on a 23mm rim. I've seen them on a Hillborne but never on a Hilsen.
I looked for a long time for a used 59 Hilsen, thinking I would have Paul Racer studs or canti studs brazed on. Never found one at the right price. I had a custom built that's almost finished instead. Good Luck in your search.
