OH!!! I almost forgot! For the primal eaters among us who like to indulge in the dark chocolate. I found this bar from Vosges that I really like. The "coconut ash & banana" intrigued me. As the name suggests, it does in fact contain coconut charcoal. The crazy thing is, it smells like a campfire! Not sure if that's a good or pad thing, but I find it enjoyable. It's has a grittier texture akin to an Oaxacan chocolate which I also like. Nice dark flavor and subtle sweetness. One square is a perfect side mated to an Aeropress coffee.
