A call to RBW might yield the odd 25.4 collar for 'ya if someone is nice enough to sift through the stock and see if NITTO sent them an odd one.
Preposterous!?!?! - you say? In 2013, I bought an advertised 26.0 NITTO Moustache from RBW and it actually had a 25.4 collar - yet it was the correct Nitto road bike 'stache, not the NITTO MTB 'stache (which is 25.4, but the curves are different, I think). One must have been mistakenly shipped to them along with the regular 26-ers from NITTO. Me and them were both puzzled about this, but there it was, stamped into the collar and calipered to show it. *The folks at RBW were very, very nice to me* and let me exchange it for another bar.
