Yep, they paint there too. I toured the factory with a group of BOBs several years back. They had several Paramounts that had come in for restoration (and were absolutely perfect) and a guy was in the process of spraying a yellow Gunnar when we went by the paint booth.
It's been said before, but Richard Schwinn is a great guy and loves to show folks around his shop. They are also very proud of the precision that they hold their specs too.
