oops, sorry - they have expanded the parkway to Nashville - I checked the maps - that would be an amazing ride. The original parkway goes from Jackson TN to Jackson MS - I went to college in Nashville, of course that was a long time ago. But it looks like they have a segment of parkway from Franklin to the Alabama line http://www.nps.gov/natr/planyourvisit/upload/NATRmap_336_444_web-2.pdf That would be an awesome ride, though plenty hilly.
