My educated guess is that it's a "Mountie" model. Here's the 1967 catalog 
page:

The Mountie was a 20" wheeled bike, and it's hard to tell from your photo 
what size wheels/how big the bike is. And in the catalog the Mountie was a 
single-speed/coaster braked model, whereas the one in your photo has 
caliper brakes and a S-A three-speed hub. So I don't know for sure.

In any case, the photo set looks like a good candidate for the Society of 
Three Speeds flickr group! (cough, cough)
