Today was 35 degrees and windy. I had an 11 mile loop on about 5 miles of dirt
and 6 miles of paved on my Quickbeam with Schwalbe Marathon Winter 35mm tires.
On a windy day I try to do the dirt with the wind to my back. Well I guessed
wrong today. The dirt road follows the Connecticut River and it has the river
on one side and open farm fields on the other. Add the muddy conditions and it
made for a good resistance workout. Given the cold that gets here tomorrow
this is probably my last ride for awhile.

My blue wooly warm trainer kept me more then warm enough.

Love the bike and the jersey. Two of the best products that Riv made and are
no more.
