Replacing the forced air heating isn't something I'd think of doing in the winter...unless the old one is kaput! Also wouldn't some form of heat pump be a good way to go in your region?
Congrats on the Betty. The wife will probably gravitate to the Betty and the Sequoia will be back on the list.
