I've never heard of any plans to do black. Green, tan, and tweed are the only colors I've seen.
I bought an Acorn Large Saddlebag in black (from a listmember), and it's really nice. Its design is more like a Carradice than the Sackville "trunk" design, but with "honey" colored leather vice Carradice's white leather on its black bags. The Acorn is built with much higher quality than a Carradice and is MUSA. However, Acorn's "large" is still only 6 liters. Nowhere near the Sackville Medium's 18 liters.
